Potato Soup

3 medium Potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 onion diced
2-3 cups Milk
2 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Butter
   
   
In a large pan,  cover onion and potatoes with water and until tender, but not mushy. Drain water.

Add milk and butter. Heat slowly, stirring often.

Make a paste with flour and 1/2 cup milk. Pour into soup to thicken.

Salt and pepper to taste. 

Velvetta cheese can also be added to make a cheesy potato Soup!
