Day Before Mashed Potatoes
(Casey's favorite)

9 med Potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 oz Cream cheese
1 cup Sour cream
2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
2 Tbsp Butter
   
   
Cook potatoes until tender.

Transfer potatoes to mixer and blend until smooth. Add the remainder ingredients.

Transfer mixture to large casserole. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight. (I freeze at this point)

Preheat oven to 350º. Bake until heated thoroughly.
