Hashbrown Brunch Casserole
 

2 lb Frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of celery soup
1 cup Sour Cream
3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz French fried onions
   
   
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, stir together onion, soup, cheese and sour cream. Once blended add in hash browns till thoroughly coated. Pour into large greased casserole dish.

Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes; or until bubbly and browned lightly. Sprinkle with fried onions, bake another 5 minutes.
