Hashbrown Potato Bake Casserole
 

1 large Package hashbrowns
1/2 cup Butter, margarine - melted
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of chicken soup
16 oz Sour Cream
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Crushed corn flakes
   
   
Preheat oven to 350º.

In large bowl, stir together butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, and sour cream. Once blended add in hash browns till thoroughly coated. Pour into large greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle top with cheese and corn flakes.

Bake for 45 minutes; or until bubbly and browned lightly.
