Corn and Green Chili Casserole

20 oz Frozen corn
2 Tbsp Butter or margarine
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
4 oz Green Chili's, chopped
   
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook corn according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter in large sauce pan over low heat. Add cream cheese, stir until blended. Add corn, sugar and green chilies. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
