Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Rice, cooked |

Chopped broccoli |

Celery, chopped |
| 1/2 cup |
Onion, chopped |

Cream of chicken soup |
| 1 small can |
Evaporated Milk |
| 1 small jar |
Jalapeno cheese Whiz |
| 2 Tbsp |
Oil OR |
| 1/2 cup |
Chicken broth |
| Preheat over to 350º. Sauté
onion and celery in oil (or chicken broth). Add frozen broccoli and
stir until thawed. Add everything else. Transfer to casserole and
bake for 30-40 minutes. |
