08 Green Beans

1 1/2 lbs Fresh Green Beans
12 oz Baby Portabello Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Sliced/slivered almonds
1 Tbs Butter
1 Tbs EVOO
   

Prepare green beans and simmer in skillet til slightly tender.

In another skillet, sauted the mushrooms in the evoo and butter till tender, add almonds. Drain green beans and toss in to blend. Salt & Pepper to taste.
