| In a large bowl, combine soy sauce,
brown sugar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch. Add in chicken and
stir til coated well. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Drain chicken, reserve marinade.
Heat oil in skillet or wok. Add
chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Broccoli and onion to hot skillet.
Stir-fry 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and steam for 3 minutes,
or until broccolis is tender-crisp. Return chicken to skillet,
adding marinade. Heat through, stirring constantly. Serve over rice!
