Chicken Parmigianino

2 Eggs, beaten
4 oz Bread crumbs
4 4oz Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
8 oz Spaghetti sauce
4 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
   
   
   
Preheat oven at 350º.

Lightly grease baking sheet.

Place bread crumbs in one bowl, eggs in another. Dip chicken into egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Place chicken on baking sheet.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.

Pour 1/2 spaghetti sauce into a 7x11 inch baking dish. Place chicken over sauce, cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and bake for another 20 minutes.
