Follow direction to Thaw out the turkey properly.
Preheat the oven - 325
Wash out the turkey with water. Make sure you have
removed the neck and giblets. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
Layer Celery, Onion & Carrots in the bottom of a roasting pan. Put the Poultry seaoning in the cavity of the Turkey. Take slices of the butter and insert between the skin and meat of the turkey. Sprinkle the turkey with salt, pepper, paprika.
Place Turkey breast down on a rack in
a large roasting pan.
Follow directions on the turkey for cooking time.
