Preheat oven to 400º.
Filling: Placed
sliced apples in large bowl. Combine 1 Tbsp flour, 2/3 cup sugar,
cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir. Pour over apples and stir. Set aside.
Topping: In food
processor, combine cheese, butter, brown sugar and 1 1/4 cups flour.
Blend til crumbly.
Place pie dough in
pie plates and prepare for cooking. Add sliced apple mixture. Top
with topping.
Bake for 35-45
minutes. Cover edges so crust doesn't burn.
