Cornbread

1 Egg
2 cups Cornmeal
2 cups Buttermilk
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
   

Preheat oven to 400º.

Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Pour into greased pan or casserole dish.

Bake approximately 20 minutes, until firm in the center.
