Corny Cheese Muffins

3/4 Cup Flour
2 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup Yellow Cornmean
1 cup Shredded cheddar Cheese
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
   
   
Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine first 6 ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredients and add egg, milk and oil. Stir until blended well.  Fill greased muffin tins two-thirds full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.
