Smothered Steak I

1 lb Round steak
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 Onion, sliced
  Seasoning to taste
  Flour
1 Tbsp Oil
   
   

Preheat oven to 300º.

Cut round steak into normal portions. Roll steak in flour and seasonings.

Brown Steak in oil. Place steak in greased casserole dish. Cover with onions and soup.

Cover and bake for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
