Barbeque Cups

as appetizers

1 lb Ground beef, browned and drained
1/4 cup Onion, chopped (cooked with beef)
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 can Refrigerator Biscuits
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
   

Preheat oven to 400º.

In the skillet, add cooked meat, onions, add barbecue sauce brown sugar and heat thoroughly.

Place a biscuit in a muffin cup, press dough to cover bottom and sides of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

VARIATION: PIZZA CUPS: use Pizza sauce and mozzarella instead of barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese.
