Chicken Wings

3 lbs. Chicken Wings
3/4 cup Brown sugar
8 oz Soy Sauce
   
Cut off and discard wing tips and excess skin. Cut wings in half at joint. Place in 9x13 inch baking dish.

Combine sugar and soy sauce. Pour over wings. Refrigerate and marinate 3-4 hours, or overnight.  Stir occasionally.

Bake at 300º until tender, 3 hours, turning frequently.
