Black Olive Dip
(Favorite in the summer at the lake!)

8 oz Chopped green chilies
8 oz Chopped black olives
4-5 Large chopped tomatoes
1 bundle Green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil  
3-5 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
   
Mix all ingredients.  Salt and pepper to taste. Chill. Serve with chips. (The longer this is chilled the better it taste.)
