(Favorite in the summer at the lake!)

Chopped green chilies |
| 8 oz |
Chopped black olives |
| 4-5 |
Large chopped tomatoes |
| 1 bundle |
Green onions, sliced |

1 Tbsp |
Vegetable Oil |

| 3-5 Tbsp |
Red wine vinegar |

| Mix all ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste. Chill. Serve with chips. (The longer this
is chilled the better it taste.) |
