Black Bean Salsa

1 can Black beans, drained
2 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
4 Green onions, chopped
1 bunch Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Jalapeno peppers, seeded, chopped
1 can Corn, drained
   
Dressing:  
3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1 clove Garlic
Mix Dressing ingredients together and set aside. Mix salsa ingredients together. Pour dressing over. Stir. Chill for at least 4 hours and serve with chips.
