4 oz can	Sliced ripe olives
4 oz can	Green chilies, diced
2 oz	Pimentos, diced
8 oz	Shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz	Shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1 cup	Bisquick mix
1 cup	Milk
4	Eggs

Preheat oven to 375º.

Layer in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan:
Olives
Green chilies
Pimentos
Cheeses

Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over layers. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
