Barbeque Cups As Appetizers

or as a meal

1 lb Ground beef, browned and drained
1/4 cup Onion, chopped (cooked with beef)
1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 can Refrigerator Biscuits
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
   

Preheat oven to 400º.

In the skillet, add cooked meat, onions, add barbecue sauce and brown sugar and heat thoroughly.

Separate biscuits and fill a mini muffin cup (you may need to separate the biscuits so they aren't too thick), press dough to cover bottom and sides of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

VARIATION:
PIZZA CUPS: use Pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese instead of barbeque sauce and cheddar cheese.

Can be made ahead of time and frozen. Thaw and heat when ready.
