Pizza Crust

1 Tsp Active dry yeast
1 cup Warm water (105-110 degrees)
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Salt
2 1/2 Cups Flour
   
Dissolve yeast, salt & sugar in warm water. Let set about 5 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough in two 10 inch circles, continue to use flour if dough is sticky. Lay on greased pizza pan.

Bake in 425º  preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes, not cooking crust completely.

Add any ingredients you prefer, return to oven and cook till cheese melts.
